Black leadership in America often carries the weight of impossible expectation, because unlike other groups with established nations and infrastructures, Black America operates from a fragmented place.
Without a sovereign nation of our own, contribution is rarely seen as enough; leaders are expected to build the entire empire schools, farms, hospitals, and movements while still serving as thinkers, philosophers, and guides.
In other cultures, contribution within one’s discipline is honored; in ours, it is often undervalued until death, when the leader becomes part of the ancestral pantheon.
This creates a culture of ingratitude in life, where leaders feel perpetually insufficient, even as they labor in a building phase of history. The burden is not just leadership it is nationhood carried on individual shoulders.

A map is only as good as the travelers understanding. You have been given this special gift of leadership. With this comes spaces of blank pages where God is guiding you to fill those pages with information in a way only you could do. In a way for the travelers to comprehend. We are all travelers of this timeline, here with a different purpose and different paths to follow. We’re all being prepared in our self reflections, realizations and transformations to our higher selves. In an electrical current when the Power rushes through it is wild and blind. No direction, no purpose other than to force its self through space with no other purpose than to come into contact with whatever it could, even if that means destroying it. But the neutral, now it is wise, steady, patient; knowing its job and doing it with control and purpose trusting in the constant of the power always doing what it’s expected to. The paths are paved and travelers will frequent, few will understand the mapping. Be patient, even in these timeless times of urgency. Be patient and even as you rush knowing what lies ahead, trust that God will never fail us.
